The verdict is in on the trial of The Pirate Bay, the popular torrent site where users can download just about any movie, TV show, or software available. The verdict? Guilty! To the tune of $3.5 million dollars and a year in prison for each of the defendants. This is, however, only the first trial, and one of the them has already predicted to win on appeal.
