Apple iPad available for pre-order March 12th, on sale April 3rd

According to a press release recently published by Apple, their new iPad device—both Wifi and 3G models—will be available for preorder on March 12th. The WiFi models will be able to be picked up or reserved in the Apple Store for April 3rd, while buyers who want the WiFi/3G model will have to wait until late April to get their hands on the product. The iBooks App will also be available for download from the App Store on the 3rd of April.
