Macintosh/iPhone software update round-up – January 1-2, 2009

Macintosh and iPhone software updates and announcements for January 1-2, 2009.

  • Turn my iPhone into a steamy mirror, you say? Okay, but the moment someone writes, “I Still Know” in it, I’m out of here.
  • HoudahSpot? You da spot!
  • I’ve got Magic iPhone Tricks for you. Here’s my favorite; put your iPhone in my pocket and watch it disappear.
  • Logos Bible Software is bringing nearly 10,000 titles to the Macintosh. I sure hope they’ve enough fish and loaves of bread to feed all those users.
  • Imagine my disappointment upon learning that Phynchronicity is a GUI for Fink Unix, and not a sim of that guy who used to announce WWF matches.

Macintosh/iPhone software update round-up – December 30, 2008

Macintosh and iPhone software updates and announcements for December 30, 2008.

  • I love to go a-wandering along the mountain Mac, and as I go I love to sing my Knapsack v1.1.1 on my back.
  • mStation/Mophie was my favorite 70s sci-fi TV series. Or was that Space 1999? One had a pretty cool ship, the other makes iPhone/iPod cases.
  • A video camera inside a pen? Yeah, I can think of a lot of uses for that, none of which are legal in this country.
  • Isn’t MileBug that French card game with all the traffic signs? I thought it was that French card game with all the traffic signs.
  • Two more days to save money on the iPhone Development Course. Hurry, so you can get started on your own ocarina app.
  • Fly to San Francisco to win a trip to Hawaii. Once in Hawaii, there may a chance to win a trip to Japan, but that’s not covered here.
  • It’s your iPhone Life, so you may as well subscribe to it.
  • Yes, it’s Blogo. All kids love blogo!
