Apple reportedly using all of the 10.1 inch LCD and OLED screens

Over the course of CES, TG Daily came upon a rather interesting rumor after talking to various vendors. As it goes, some companies were trying to get 10 inch screens to use with their products but were met with months and months of struggle thanks to Apple. Apparently, our favorite Cupertino company has pre-ordered so many 10 inch LCD and OLED screens that the Asian manufacturers aren’t able to supply other companies with what they need.

Foxconn rumored to be supplying tablet parts for 1Q of 2010

Well, the Apple tablet rumors just never die, do they? The latest source of information (read: rumors) is coming out of the idea that Foxconn, a Taiwanese company that manufactures a lot of products for Apple, has pieces lined up for the development of a device such as this. The insider says the device sports a 10 inch screen, and shares numerous design elements with the iPhone: a black glossy back and the single home button on the front. Additionally…

It’s pretty doubtful Apple would name any of its products the “Brick,” so I think it’s safe to assume that if this turns out to be real, it’s a codename. There are two rumors circulating, and iPhone Savior is reporting on both of them. Sadly, both of them are exciting, and logic would dictate that only one could be the brick. Even still, I’m hoping for both.
