Staying on script: iTalk Recorder Premium for iPhone and iPod touch

Depending upon the day and the weather, my commute to work can last anywhere from 45 minutes to 1-1/2 hours each way. I generally don’t mind this, as this is when I tend to come up with my best ideas for stories, then figure out the next day why I could nevery possibly make them work. Every now and again, however, one will stick, and there’s nothing worse than sitting in front of the computer after the kids are in bed and thinking, “What the hell was that idea I had in the car?”

Free apps round-up for October 31, 2008

I’m sorry, but I just couldn’t bring myself to list any gimmicky Halloween apps today. There’s just not enough room on my home screen for silly apps that are only entertaining for one week out of the whole year. But this week has been a great week for the App Store. We saw the Sonos app for controlling their wireless audio system go live and who could forget Google Earth?
