Apple gives iTunes “Quick Look Preview” feature for iOS apps
Previously, if iTunes customers had a desired product in mind, they had to resort to clicking on multiple pages to get to that specific item. But now Apple has given iTunes a much-needed improvement that will certainly assist users in quickly finding apps and videos in the iTunes Store. This small makeover adds the ability for users to peruse the whole store in a “Quick View mode” which will let them purchase items without leaving the current page.

The next time you click on a link in my weekly Free Apps Roundup you’ll be pleasantly surprised by an in browser app preview in the tab or window that opens as a result of clicking the App Store link. Instead of a useless blank page, you’ll be able to view a snapshot of what you’ll see on the App Store. And before you say this is uterlly pointless, consider how much more useful this might seem if you aren’t using your normal computer.
iTunes Preview now allows browser based music sample streaming
iTunes Preview, the website launched by Apple back in November, was a great addition to the iTunes Store. This browser based application opens when a potential customer clicks an iTunes link in their browser but doesn’t have iTunes installed. iTunes Preview now thankfully allows those people to actually listen to the music samples from the browser itself instead of needing to go into or install iTunes.

Apple is trying to make it even easier for people to get involved in the iTunes ecosystem and enjoy the content available on the service. They have now launched a web based sort of iTunes Store that they are calling iTunes Preview. This system allows users who don’t have iTunes installed on their computer to still discover content shared through iTunes links.
