Apple seeds Mac OS X 10.6.2 build 10C535 to developers
Yesterday, Apple seeded Mac OS X 10.6.2 to developers, a release which comes only one week after the previous build was seeded to developers for testing. According to reports, the new build focuses on graphics drivers, trackpad preferences and virtual machine creation, and continues to list that there are no known issues remaining. This information suggests that Apple is finishing up the 10.6.2 update and will release it to users in the near feature.
Apple’s Magic Mouse now shipping
People have started receiving shipping notices from Apple stating that their Magic Mouse orders have been shipped. When the Magic Mouse was introduced, Apple stated it would be bundled with the new iMac models and would not be available for standalone purchase until the end of October. The new build was seeded to developers just a few days ago, and includes a few references to the unreleased 6,1 and 6,2 MacBook Pro models. The latest available MacBook Pros carry a 5,x model number, and were last updated in June. No rumors of MacBook Pro refreshes have surfaced recently, although previous reports have suggested that Core i7-based processors could be integrated into MacBook Pros by late 2009 to early 2010.
Magic Mouse user guide suggests Mac OS X 10.6.2 to be released soon
