CES 2012: Moshi’s Clarus earphones offer “warm analog listening experience”
There’s no shortage of new headphones being announced CES this week, and Moshi is one of the latest to serve up their take on sound with the Clarus earphones addition to the Moshio Audio line. The unique two way DynaDuo™ driver of the Clarus model provides a warm analog listening experience versus the clinical sonic signature of the more common balanced armature drivers.
Concerti portfolio case for iPad 2 review
When I reviewed Moshi’s Concert portfolio case for the iPad, I had only a couple of complaints. I felt it was thicker than it needed to be, and it didn’t have a method for latching the cover shut. Well, guess what; just as Apple improved upon the iPad design in its second iteration, so did Moshi with the Concerti for iPad 2.
iVisor AG for iPad 2 review
iVisor AG for iPad 2 is the exact same thing as the iVisor AG, just cut differently to fit the latest iPad (and its camera). So, why review it again? Because the iVisor AG is a fantastic product, and we want to make sure you know it’s out there. The iVisor AG, as a reminder, is a screen protector for your iPad that also enhances touch comfort, repels some dirt and smudges, and reduces glare.
Vortex headphones with in-line mic review
If you’re a regular reader of Appletell, you know we’re fans of Moshi products. Their iDevice accessories almost always land amongst our favorites, and their Mac accessories have been outstanding complements to Apple’s melding of form and functionality. Moshi has now jumped into the audio arena with their Vortex in ear headphones with iPhone mic. The result is a decent listening experience for the price, but with plenty of room to improve.
iLynx 800 FireWire / USB 2.0 hub review
The single FireWire 800 port Apple offers in their new iMacs isn’t enough for me. I’ve got two FireWire hard drives I need to plug in, and I sometimes need to connect my Canon GL2 camcorder. So, I need a hub, but with all these drives sitting around, desktop space is at a minimum. Thankfully, Moshi has solved this issue in typical Moshi fashion with their iLynx 800.
iGlaze 4 iPhone 4 case review
I will not hide the fact that I’m a fan of Moshi products, but that can be good and bad. Good, in that I’m always enthused about testing their latest products. Bad, in that I approach these reviews with a high level of expectations. If I can cut to the chase here, the iGlaze 4 met those expectations. In fact, it exceeded them in all but one area. If Apple released the iPhone in colors, this is what it would look like.
Moshi Concerti iPad case review
Whenever I get a new Apple product, one of the first things I do is check Moshi to see what accessories they have available. The Concerti case for iPad is the latest Moshi product I’ve tried, and although I’m conflicted about its round-the-clock practically, it certainly serves its purpose well. When I’m on the road with the iPad, the Concerti will be my case of choice.
Appletell reviews the iVisor AG for iPad
Sick of bubbles? It seems just about every screen protector you put on a device ends up having at least one bubble, and it’s normally close to the center of the screen. That’s not all, though. Usually, there are some nice lint pockets or other pieces of dust trapped under there, too. This is what normally drives me to just remove the screen protector. The Moshi iVisor AG is different. They guarantee bubble-free installation. And it works, because it’s different from other screen protectors.
Appletell reviews the Moshi Muse iPad case
Now that the iPad has been out for a while, trends are starting to develop with its accompanying accessories. This is most noticeable in cases, which are proving to be as simple and elegant as the device itself. A good example of this is Moshi’s Muse. It’s doesn’t offer much beyond basic protection from scratches and bumps, but it does so with attractive precision. If your main use of the iPad is in the classroom or around the house, Moshi designed this for you.
Appletell reviews MouseGuard for Magic Mouse
Whether you’re looking for something to protect the top surface of your Magic Mouse or you’re just sick of how your finger doesn’t always glide as nicely on its surface as you’d like, Moshi has just the product for you. It’s called the MouseGuard, and it doesn’t just protect your Magic Mouse, it makes it better. The idea behind the MouseGuard is very similar to a screen protector for an iDevice…
