Pivotal, makers of the Podium iPhone stand, received a cease and desist letter last week from Townsend and Townsend and Crew LLP (not to be confused with J. and Crew or 2 and Live and Crew) on behalf of Apple regarding Pivotal’s use of the name Podium, which Apple feels is infringing upon their trademark rights.
