Pivotal, makers of the Podium iPhone stand, received a cease and desist letter last week from Townsend and Townsend and Crew LLP (not to be confused with J. and Crew or 2 and Live and Crew) on behalf of Apple regarding Pivotal’s use of the name Podium, which Apple feels is infringing upon their trademark rights. And hey, guess what we’re giving away again this week?
