Appletell reviews Scoops game for iPhone, iPod touch

If you had a choice between ice cream and vegetables, most people would pick the ice cream for all of its sugary goodness. Well, that is exactly what you are required to do in Scoops. You start off with an empty waffle cone. Ice cream and vegetables start falling from the sky, and you need to catch the ice cream in the cone by tilting your device left and right to move the cone accordingly. Ice cream good, vegetables bad. You start with three stars, and if you are unlucky enough to catch a vegetable, it takes a star away. When you are down to zero, the game is over.

I thought Bejeweled had the market cornered on puzzle-solving games. I was wrong. MyM Link Up is actually better than Bejeweled.

They have started to ship from Apple’s factories as of last night, and are scheduled to arrive on Friday for some customers. iPhone reviews have landed!

With technology gurus Walt Mossberg and David Pogue receiving their iPhones almost two weeks ago, they have had plenty of time to spend with the device.
