Sling Media wasn’t going to let CES 2010 pass by without letting the world know about their latest range of products aimed at giving you the ability to watch television wherever you are. Four new products allow wireless streaming from your HDTV set-top boxes either across the Internet or through your home network, and with extra style points.

Apple, as you may or may not have heard, has not been overly lenient with itsiTunes App Store approvals, even with items has high end as Google Voice. Slingmedia is hoping it isn’t next on Apple’s chopping block, and that, as Engadget reports, its recently submitted Slingplayer 1.1 will make it through to the masses.

Nothing quite compares to a big screen TV and some great content to watch on it. But then again, even the most picky amongst us may lower their standards when boredom sets in. The SlingPlayer Mobile app for iPhone is an app that takes your existing SlingBox content and makes it available to your iPhone provided you are connected to the Internet via WiFi.
