Macgamestore.com has announced they’re now taking pre-orders for UbiSoft’s Driver San Francisco for December delivery. Developed by Ubisoft Reflections, Driver San Francisco allows gamers to play as John Tanner, a hardened detective involved in a relentless manhunt throughout the City by the Bay.

If you’re the type who loves to dig up obscure holidays and post them for all your Facebook friends because it’s…well…funny, you should throw in this one since it may actually be of use. Macgamestore.com has announced that July 15th through the 21st is UbiSoft Week, and is reducing the price of all the publisher’s titles by 50%. Take that, Nude Recreation Week!

Macgamestore.com has announced that UbiSoft’s Assassin’s Creed 2 Deluxe Edition—Ubisoft’s epic story of family, vengeance and conspiracy set in the pristine, yet brutal, backdrop of a Renaissance Italy—is now available as a digital download for the Macintosh. The Digital Deluxe Edition of the follow-up to the fastest-selling new IP in video game history features the full Assassin’s Creed 2 and three bonus maps: Palazzo Medici, Santa Maria Dei Frari, and the Arsenal Shipyard.

Macgamestore.com has announced it has begun taking pre-orders for UbiSoft’s Assassin’s Creed 2 Deluxe Edition for the Macintosh. Assassin’s Creed 2 is the follow-up to the title that became the fastest-selling new IP in video game history. The highly anticipated title features a new hero, Ezio Auditore da Firenze, a young Italian noble, and a new era, the Renaissance. Assassin’s Creed 2 retains the core gameplay experience that made the first opus a resounding success and features new experiences that will surprise and challenge players.

Following in the footsteps of Electronic Arts, Ubisoft has signed a deal with Trangaming to wrap their titles in Cider and port them to the Mac. The news has already received mixed reviews. The list of Cider games for the Mac is underwhelming, and it really hasn’t proven itself when it comes to Mac games.

When I heard the news, I was excited. Ubisoft has a lot of game titles that I would love to play on my Mac: Prince of Persia, Assassins Creed, Far Cry 2, and Beyond Good and Evil (which is currently in the pre-development stage.
