Appletell reviews Speck CorePack notebook bag (video)

In for review is a new bag from Speck called the CorePack Notebook Bag. This is a large bag with room for up to a 15 inch laptop and pretty much all of the gadgets and electronics you would need to carry with you…and a few you don’t. Now that I’ve been carrying this bag around for a while, it’s time for a review. But first, I need to admit that after getting this bag I almost completely lost all interest in it.

Appletell Video Review: Hazel, the Housekeeper for Mac OS X

Product: HazelDeveloper: Noodlesoft, LLCProvides: Automated organization for your MacPrice: $21.95 USDRating: 8/10

Hazel is a great housecleaning application for the Mac. It is completely invisible when not needed, and gets in and out quickly when it’s needed. It doesn’t always get everything, but it’s trustworthy to do auto file sorting, and to pick up after you on a regular basis.

Video after the break.

Appletell Review: Flickery, a simplicity/usability equilibrium

For those of you who are regulars on Flickr, there is a wonderful new image client for Mac. Flickery, from Eternal Storms software, does it all. Well, not everything, but it does most of it. All within this little app, you can view your Photostream, your contact’s Photostream, upload new photos, delete photos, download photos, comment on photos- you name it. I only have a few gripes with the program. Check out the video review.
