Eye-Fi: The next generation, X2
Eye-Fi knows what you want in an SD memory card: Endless Memory. If only your camera wasn’t constrained by gigabytes, you’d never have to worry about your memory card being big enough to hold all of the pictures you want to take during your next vacation. Wouldn’t that be great? Well, you can find out with one of Eye-Fi’s new X2 memory cards.
CES 2010: Eye-Fi announces 8GB Pro X2 wireless SDHC card
Eye-Fi has announced their newest wireless SDHC memory card, called the Pro X2. It builds on the first Eye-Fi Pro card with more storage space, faster memory speed, faster network access and more features to keep you wanting it. The Eye-Fi Pro X2 has 8GB of space and is Class 6, meaning it’s fast enough for most purposes, including shooting tons of high megapixel pictures fast.
Appletell reviews Eye-Fi Explore
Eye-Fi makes a very unique product. It’s a 2GB SD memory card, and I’d be surprised if you didn’t already know it has a wireless chip in it, as well. With it, you can upload your pictures straight from your camera to your computer or to places on the web—like Flickr—without the need for any pesky cables. But you already knew that, all you want to know now is if it works.
Eye-Fi brings the updates
Today, Eye-Fi, makers of the popular wireless syncing 2GB SD memory cards for your digital camera, announced feature upgrades across the board available to all users.
Beginning October 5, new and existing Eye-Fi card owners can easily add features that are not already included on their cards and renew annual services.
Find out the upgrade details after the break.
