WordsPress iOS app gets quick photo feature and more
The WordPress iOS app has been updated to v2.8, and it would have not taken the folks at Automattic this long to update the app if the new features were not this good. The fact is, you’ll definitely find the new features useful, especially if you are a photo blogger and you use your iPhone camera a lot to take photos. The WordPress iOS app now has a new feature called “Quick Photo,” which allows you to snap a picture and blog about it as quickly as you can.
WordPress 2 now available for the iPhone
Popular blog publishing software, WordPress, has recently released version 2.0 of its software. However, it has been released as a separate application, like what was done with Tweetie 2, so don’t bother checking for an update to your already-downloaded WordPress app. WordPress 2 brings an impressive redesign and a bunch of new features.
Copy and Paste may be on the horizon for the iPhone [Updated]
DaringFireball has an update for us on the OpenClip framework that was very promising in adding copy and paste functionality for conforming applications. It seems that our copy and paste hopes are about to be let down again.
Apparently, what was allowing OpenClip to work was a loophole.
The OpenClip framework, by Zac White, is a very clever implementation of a fundamentally unwise idea.

I think it’s great that the iPhone WordPress app is open source, but what about the iPhone SDK NDA (nondisclosure agreement, which means you can’t share any information about the SDK with anyone)?
