Sold Out: WWDC 2011 to be held June 6-10
Apple has officially announced the dates for the Worldwide Developers Conference. The event is to be held June 6-10 in San Fransisco in Moscone West. Their invitation on the WWDC page is simple: “Join us for a preview of the future of iOS and Mac OS X.” Just kidding. I’m sure they’d love to have you join them, but you can’t anymore, because WWDC sold out in less than 12 hours.
WWDC Keynote presentation video now online
If you missed the junior high science fair that was the 2009 WWDC Keynote presentation, it’s now online and ready to be fast forwarded through. Watch as Phil Schiller, in a jealous rage because his baking soda volcano doesn’t win, smash Scott Forstall’s caveman shoebox diorama. Yesterday’s winners? Anyone who held off on getting a MacBook because they wanted FireWire. Yesterday’s losers? U.S. iPhone owners stuck with AT&T.
WWDC Keynote live blog
A fantastic week of E3 announcements and demonstrations is past us, and it’s now time turn our attention towards Apple’s WWDC. The event kicks off Monday, June 8th at 10:00 PDT (1:00 p.m. EDT) from the Moscone Center in San Francisco, but we couldn’t wait to get our live blog up. Why? Because we’ve got some great products to give away, and we want to let you know how to win them.
