iPad Appears at Grammys

Less than a week after Steve Jobs and Apple unveiled the new iPad device in San Francisco, the new product appeared held by a different Steve on a different California stage- at the Grammy Awards in Los Angeles.

Comedian Stephen Colbert of Comedy Central appeared as a presenter on the show, and at first feigned to forget where he had put the list of nominees. Then he said “oh, I know- it's on my iPad!” He then produced the device from his jacket pocket and read the nominees off of it- but not before taunting rapper Jay-Z. “Did you not get one of these in your gift bag?”
