Blackberry maker Research in Motion once again took the top spot in market share for U.S. smartphone platform users, followed by Apple and Microsoft. That's according to February figures released this week by comScore, Inc.
The MoliLens survey had BlackBerry first with 42.1 percent, followed by Apple with 25.4 percent, Microsoft with 15.1 percent and 9 percent Google's Android. The top four stayed the same from the previous survey in November, although Google overtook Palm for the fifth spot.
As for overall phone manufacturer market share, less than one percentage point separated Motorola (22.3 percent), LG and Samsung.
