A television network is readying a comedy pilot parodying Apple CEO Steve Jobs- and one of the men behind it is no stranger to the Jobs-skewering game.

According to Hollywood news Web site Deadline.com
, the cable network Epix has teamed up with Newsweek's “Fake Steve Jobs” blogger, Dan Lyons, as well as “Curb Your Enthusiasm” and “Borat” director Larry Charles, to create the half-hour series, called “iCON.”

The show is about a character described as “composite of Jobs and other Silicon Valley titans,” while the show itself is “a savage satire, a study of ego, power and greed.”

“iCON” was also the title of a Jobs biography by Jeffrey S. Young and William L. Simon, but that book is unrelated to the new project. Lyons is the author of a humor book called “Options: The Secret Life of Steve Jobs—A Parody.”
