Sony Wednesday introduced a pair of new Cyber-shot digital still cameras, including one that is touted as “waterproof, freeze-proof, shockproof and dust-proof.”
That's the DSC-TX5, a 10.2 megapixel camera which boasts Optical SteadyShot image stabilization. The camera works underwater up to 10 feet deep and freeze-proof down to 14 degrees. It will arrive in April, in five colors (black, green, pink, red and silver) at an MSRP of $350.
The other camera, the H55, features a 10x optical zoom Sony G lens with 25mm wide-angle, as well as a three-inch LCD screen and 720p movie recording. The H55 will arrive in April at an MSRP of $250.
