Apple will soon release an application for the iPhone and iPod Touch called "Concierge," which will allow customers to schedule appointments at Apple retail stores, AppleInsider.com reported.
The functionality is currently available only on the Apple Web site.
Heading into the holiday season, Apple recently announced that customers could order products online and pick them up in-store.
