Ford Motor Co. president and CEO Alan Mulally will once again deliver a keynote address at January’s International CES, CEA president/CEO Gary Shapiro announced Monday during a live Web cast in Detroit.
Mulally’s address, the opening keynote of the event, will take place Thursday, Jan. 7 at the Hilton Center in Las Vegas, at 8:30 a.m.
During the Web cast, Shapiro and Ford’s director of electrical and electronics systems engineering, Jim Buczkowski, discussed the latest mobile technologies being offered and pursued by Ford and other automakers, including Sync, voice recognition, and other ventures. Shapiro referred to the car as "the next digital living room."
