Apple Monday announced changes in pricing for its Apple TV device, as it dropped the price of its 160GB version from $329 to $229. The company also announced it is discontinuing of the 40GB model, which previously cost $229.
Speculation has indicated that the price cut is a prelude to the release of an updated version of the device late this year or early next year.
