A recall has been announced for about 18,000 switches sold by RadioShack, due to faulty installation instructions.
According to UPI, the recall was issued by the Consumer Product Safety Commission. The switches, sold between June of last year and January of this year for around $4, carried the product number 275-0021 and the date codes 01P09 or January 2009.
