First Nuvifone is On the Way

Garmin has issued more details about the Nuvifone, the GPS-enabled smart phone line it plans to release later this year.

The products, according to the Kansas City Star, will be built through a partnership between Garmin and Asustek Computer, called "Garmin-Asus." The partnership will create a line of phones called the Garmin-Asus Nuvifone series, which will arrive this year.

The first phone, the G60, will be unveiled this month at a conference in Spain and will arrive in stores in June.
