The Plasma Display Coalition announced this week that a total of 43 plasma televisions from its member companies have qualified for the government’s Energy Star rating. All are compliant with the new standards introduced by the Environmental Protection Agency in November.
The models now compliant include six from Hitachi, 19 from LG Electronics, 14 from Panasonic and four from Pioneer.
