Hitachi Home Electronics this week announced the release of the XP-X809 3LCD projector, meant to work with ceiling mounting in mid-to-large sized spaces.
“Because so many churches, school auditoriums and performance spaces are increasingly utilizing projectors for their video and presentation needs, the demand for high brightness and ease of installation is higher than ever before,” the company’s product manager, John Glad, said as part of the announcement. “The CP-X809 addresses these demands while going a step further with networking functionality, wireless connectivity and easy maintenance.”
Featuring a brightness of 5,000 ANSI lumens, a 1000:1 contrast ratio and XGA resolution, the projector also requires cleaning and maintenance less frequently than most comparable projectors.
