The Vudu movie service landed on two new hardware platforms this week, with the announcement that it will now be carried on Microsoft's Xbox 360 and Western Digital's WD TV media players.
Walter Isaacson's definitive, authorized biography of Steve Jobs was published earlier this fall and quickly became one of the most popular books of the year. The book is a balanced, uncompromising and very entertaining look at Jobs' life and career, and Isaacson did an excellent job honestly and compellingly telling Jobs' story.

Archos’ line of Honeycomb tablets got a new addition to the family today. The Archos 70b has been announced as a $199 Honeycomb 3.2 tablet. It will go on sale in January. Last week, Apple began offering free 2-3 shipping on all products ordered from their online store. Today, it just got upgraded to free next day delivery for Apple’s in-stock merchandise to accommodate many people doing some last-minute Christmas shopping. Items purchased online by Thursday, December 22nd that are not engraved will be delivered by December 24th.
CES 2012 is quickly approaching, which means we are going to begin seeing more and more CES related news. That being said, it looks like Nokia has begun sending out invitations for their press event. The event is scheduled for January 9th at 3:00 PM PST and while Nokia is not offering much (aside from the brief bit of text on the invitation), it does appear as if Windows Phone is going to be a focus.
