Samsung Electronics announced a unique relationship with Best Buy that enables you to explore, purchase, activate and service Samsung’s portfolio of mobile products, including connected cameras, and accessories. The Samsung Experience Shop will be installed in more than 1,400 Best Buy and Best Buy Mobile specialty stores across the U.S. beginning this month.
By early May, 900 Best Buy and Best Buy Mobile specialty stores will feature the Samsung Experience Shop, with the remainder launching by early summer. At these shops, you can interact with Samsung’s full range of mobile products—including connected cameras, smartphones, tablets, laptops and accessories—and experience how the devices connect together to enrich their lives.
Select Best Buy stores will have Samsung Smart Service, with dedicated Samsung Experience Consultants and Best Buy blue shirt sales associates to assist you with purchasing and activating mobile products on the carrier of your choice, understanding the device, and supporting you throughout the lifecycle of your product. The specially trained Samsung Experience Consultants will assist with product demonstrations, basic product services, Samsung account setup, warranty registration and post-purchase support.
The shops will vary in size, with the largest being approximately 460 square feet. Within the larger shops, the SamsungConnected Solutions area creates a place for you to see how Samsung devices connect and share content across multiple screens.
In addition to the in-store experience, online sales and support of Samsung mobile products and accessories will be available later this year at bestbuy.com/samsungexperienceshop.
