Rochester, NY—Kodak’s super-sleek 10 megapixel EasyShare mini digital camera is barely the size of a credit card, but it offers a 3x wide-angle optical zoom lens and a built-in mirror on the front, so snapshooters can get themselves and the gang in the picture. And with its three-step sharing, once consumers get the shot, they can press the on-camera share button to tag their pictures and videos for e-mailing to friends and the Kodak Pulse digital photo frame, or upload them to Kodak Gallery, Facebook, YouTube, Orkut, Flickr and Twitter sites.
Users can manually select from the Mini’s multiple scene and color modes, and crop and auto picture rotates images on-camera. To keep track of the captured shots, the camera’s face recognition “knows” the user’s subjects so they can quickly find and share their pictures later or find a photo by date or personal tags.
Video features include audio capture, playback, on-camera editing and prints from video (nine-up). The Kodak EasyShare Mini will be available in spring 2011 in a choice of white, blue, purple, red and black.$99.95. kodak.com
