Specs state it has autofocus speeds of 0.13 sec in daytime and 0.25 sec in low-light situations, and this Cyber-shot can fire off at a fast 10 frames per sec so you get that perfect action sequence.

Showcasing a reinforced glass-panel face and a large, 3.3-inch touch-screen OLED display, the TX200V is also waterproof to 16 feet, freezeproof to 14º F, and dustproof. You can zoom in close for great travel, sports, and wildlife photos with its Carl Zeiss 5x optical zoom lens (26mm equivalent) plus Sony’s 10x Clear Image digital zoom technology, which bring you near enough to capture distant details.

Other features include: a photo creativity interface that lets you adjust settings to produce custom-styled photos by fine-tuning brightness, color and vividness; nine picture effect options for expanded creativity; dual-record capabilities; face detection, an anti-blink function, soft skin mode, and smile shutter, which captures a smile the moment it happens, for better people pictures; and 3D shooting modes (3D still image, 3D sweep panorama, sweep multi-angle). You can also take portraits like the pros with the camera’s background defocus function that places the emphasis on the subject while softly deblurring the background.

To make snapping photos of all your high adventures a breeze, Sony also included its superior auto mode, which enables the camera to automatically recognize the correct scene mode from 33 options, then quickly shoot and combine up to six shots to produce photos with greater clarity, contrast and lower image noise—without you changing a setting!
