Wes Anderson’s “Moonrise Kingdom” was the director’s most successful film to date at the Box Office, was nominated for a Golden Globe for Best Picture and appeared on many critics’ top ten lists for the year. Now, Anderson’s has assembled quite a cast for his next film.
“The Grand Budapest Hotel,” which is set to go into production next year, was already set to star Anderson mainstay Bill Murray along with Ralph Fiennes and Saoirse Ronan. Now, according to Collider, the cast has added several veterans of the director’s previous films, including Edward Norton, Adrien Brody, Willem Dafoe, Jeff Goldblum, Harvey Keitel, Tilda Swinton and Jason Schwartzman.
Jude Law, a newcomer to the Anderson company, is also set to appear, along with “Diving Bell and the Butterfly” star Mathieu Amaric. Owen Wilson may be joining the film as well, according to the report.
