Pacific Rim’s new trailer
Director Guillermo Del Toro appeared on stage at International CES in Las Vegas Monday night and introduced a new trailer for this summer’s new film “Pacific Rim.”
Del Toro appeared as part of Qualcomm CEO Paul Jacobs’ keynote address, and talked about how he has used Qualcomm’s technologies in his work. Del Toro also showed footage from a remastered version of his 2002 movie “Blade 2.”
Here’s the trailer:
“Pacific Rim,” a robots-vs.-monsters epic, comes out in July, and stars Idris Elba and Charlie Hunnam.
In separate news this week, Del Toro said in an interview that he turned down the opportunity to direct the new “Star Wars” film.
