Black Sabbath will reunite with its original and most famous frontman, Ozzy Osbourne, for a new album this year called “13,” Rolling Stone reported this week.
The album, slated for a June release, is Ozzy’s first with his old band since 1978, although they have reunited in the past for Ozzfest and other concert tours. Original band members Tony Iommi and Geezer Butler are on board for the reunion as well.
Legendary producer Rick Rubin is producing the project, for Vertigo Records. A tour is planned as well.
