AMC Teases ‘Mad Men’ Premiere, “Affair”

Mad Men is back in April

The last season of AMC’s Mad Men finished with the strong implication that protagonist Don Draper (Jon Hamm) was about to break his uncharacteristic streak of not cheating on his wife and resume his previous habit of philandering. The first promo for the upcoming sixth season- with the tagline “You’re invited to the affair of the year”- indicates that that’s indeed the direction things are going.

The 15-second clip, which aired Sunday night features black-and-white still photos of the cast, along with that tagline. The whole gang is included, including a non-fat-suit-wearing January Jones:

Mad Men, which is heading into its penultimate season, will return April 7 for a two-hour season premiere, written by creator Matthew Weiner.
