NBC Gives Reprieve to Parks & Recreation

There’s good news for fans of Parks & Recreation, following last night’s season finale: the show has been renewed for a fifth season. According to Alan Sepinwall of Hitfix, despite earlier reports the series has been picked up for a full 22-episode season.

Also picked up by NBC are The Office, Up All Night and Whitney; for a network that had a terrible season ratings-wise, NBC sure has kept a lot of their shows around.
