Ron Burgundy and the screwy Channel 4 Evening News team are back! Though “Anchorman 2″ doesn’t ride into theaters until 2013, we can now relish the recently uploaded teaser that aired for “The Dictator” audiences. Yes, Anchorman fans, it is indeed “jean-creaming time.”
