Private Practice will be losing its central character, Dr. Addison Montgomery.
Actress Kate Walsh originated the character on the show Grey’s Anatomy and served as the catalyst for the spinoff. With ABC only committing to 13 episodes in the sixth season, Walsh only signing on for these episodes and fellow actor Tim Daly not returning, many speculate that this season will be the show’s last. Deadline.com reported that Walsh will exit after those 13 shows.
When asked about her future of on the show, Walsh responded via twitter with, ”Tw’eeps, I’d like you to address all of your questions to this guy,” featuring an ambiguous picture of her cat.
