Sunday’s BET Awards debuted the new teaser for “Django Unchained,” in which director Quentin Tarantino brings his distinctive style of storytelling to the subject of slavery.
In the film, Jaime Foxx will play the slave Django, who teams up with a bounty hunter (Christopher Waltz) to find and free his wife from her deranged owner (Leonardo DiCaprio). While the 60-second teaser is similar to the previously released promotional materials, it also features additional shots of actors Kerry Washington and Samuel L. Jackson. The movie will be released Christmas Day.
