StePhest Colbchella '012: RocktAugustFest
Stephen Colbert may be primarily a political satirist, but he’s been attracting major musical talent to his show for as long as he’s been on the air.
Now, Colbert has announced plans for a music festival of his own. StePhest Colbchella ’012: RocktAugustFest is set for August 13 at the Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum in New York. Fun., The Flaming Lips, Grizzly Bear and Santigold are confirmed for the bill, while Grandmaster Flash will DJ the proceedings.
Colbert hosted a weeklong ” StePhest Colbchella” last year, but this year’s is all in one place on the same day.
