Michael Schur, the co-creator and show runner of NBC’s Parks and Recreation, is at work on another new show. According to Deadline, Schur and his co-producer Dan Goor are pitching a cop comedy, described as “a single-camera comedy about a diverse group of detectives in a precinct at the very edge of New York City.”
Multiple networks are reportedly interested in the project. It’s not clear if Schur and Goor would leave Parks and Rec or work on both shows simultaneously.
, who worked on Saturday Night Live and The Office, is also known for writing the popular sports blog Fire Joe Morgan under the name “Ken Tremendous,” which he still uses on Twitter.
