Elementary

“Elementary,” the modern-day retelling of Sherlock Holmes starring Jonny Lee Miller and Lucy Liu, is CBS’s choice (h/t TV Line) to to follow the Super Bowl on February 3.

The landing of this plum time slot is another highlight for the freshman show, which has received a full season pick-up.

I really hope the post-Super Bowl episode involves Holmes and Watson finding out the fate of the replacement referees.

  1. Super Bowl Sunday sounds perfect to me. Miller and liu deserve the slot. The show is really entertaining, and I’ve even talked a few DISH coworkers into watching, after they swore to not stray from Sherlock. I’m happy that I have a DISH Hopper to record all of the Super Bowl and the episode, because that Sunday will be loud around my house; especially if the Falcons are playing. It’s nice to know that I have a DVR with enough memory for everything I want to watch. Cheers to good shows and football.
