Trailer Arrives For Wahlberg/Crowe Cop Film “Broken City”

January’s long been a dumping ground for genre films with no particular Oscar hopes, and this year will see the release of “Broken City,” a gritty New York cop drama starring Mark Wahlberg, Russell Crowe and Catherine Zeta-Jones.

Everything about the first trailer, out Monday, screams “heavy Sidney Lumet influence”:

The film, directed by Allen Hughes comes out Jan. 18.
