Plume, the Android Twitter app has recently been updated. The latest update is available by way of Google Play and brings the app up to version 4.10. The Plume app maintains the requirement of Android 2.1 or later for use and for those worried about storage — measures in as a 3.5MB file. Perhaps more important here, the changes and additions that have come along with v4.10. The list of goodies include some minor bug fixes as well as the following;

  • Display URLs like they appear on Twitter’s website
  • Fix streaming not restarting properly
  • Changed layout of Timeline and Profile
  • Settings for autoexpand mode
  • Volume button scrolling

Otherwise, while the Plume app is free to download and free to use, it is ad-supported. Those who like the app and want to ditch the ads, or simply want to support the developer — there is also Plume Premium which is $4.99 and advertising free.
