After some juicy specs of the Sony Xperia tablet leaked out a couple of weeks ago, we are now seeing some high-res photos of the device. Although the three photos that got leaked out don’t seem a lot, these photos do show how good looking Sony’s Xperia tablet is going to be. The photos probed what we already know about this device and that is the fact that it is going to be carrying the Xperia branding. Also, it appears that the Sony Xperia tablet will have a wedge shape with its top part wrapping on its back to form a clip. The upper part portion of the tablet has a black color that contrasts with the rest of the back part which is aluminum. This creates a two-tone design for the tablet. The tablet’s home screen also shows that it will be running Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and not Jelly Bean outright. This is pretty understandable considering that Sony is not known to be ahead when it comes to using the latest version of Android. Another interesting item to note is the presence of the Walkman app icon and the cosmic flow wallpaper which we commonly see on Sony Xperia smartphones. Well, that is it for now. We can’t wait to learn more about this tablet at the upcoming IFA 2012. In the meantime, enjoy these other two photos of the Sony Xperia tablet.
