This is not the first time we are hearing about the Galaxy Stellar. In fact, it was spotted a few weeks back on a Verizon Wireless rebate form. The interesting part as of today — this latest bit comes with a little more in terms of details. Not specs though, today we have word on the price and the app store that will be included. Beginning first with the price, the Galaxy Stellar will be $99.99 on a two-year agreement. And judging from that and this next bit, we expect the handset to be on the lower end in terms of specs. The remaining details note that the Galaxy Stellar will ship with an “easy-to-use Starter mode and on-device help.” It looks like Verizon will be pushing this one towards first time smartphone, or first time Android users. Finally, while we are not certain about the inclusion of Google Play, it was noted that the Galaxy Stellar will ship with Amazon Apps.
