We’ve learned that HTC has started sending out press invites for its upcoming event in New York. Said event dubbed “What’s Next” is urging invitees to see HTC’s latest product to be launched. As of this early, speculation has been as to what HTC will be launching on said date. Some are guessing that it will be a new Android smartphone, a “phablet” perhaps since these mobile devices are somewhat hot right now, thanks to the growing anticipation started by the Samsung Galaxy Note II. Or could it be a new Windows Phone 8 device, specifically the one leaked earlier bearing the “Accord” branding? In case you’ve missed this beat, the HTC Accord Windows Phone 8 handset is expected to feature a 1.5GHz MSM8960 Qualcomm processor, 8GB/16GB of internal storage, NFC, 8MP camera, a microSD card slot and a high definition 1280 x 720 display. So, what do you think will HTC unveil on September 19?
