The Netflix app on Android has recently been updated and while this was only a small change — it should be a welcomed change for those worried about data limits. As for the basics, the listing in Google Play notes this as version 2.0.0 and with the same requirement of Android 2.2 or later for use. As for the change, a setting to enable playback only on a Wi-Fi connection has been added. In addition, there was also the mention of “playback stability improvements.”
