Apple has officially announced the iPhone 5 and with that, here are the details that many are looking for — the pricing, the release date, the pre-order date and the carriers for the US market.
The iPhone 5 will be available in two colors and three storage capacities — white and silver or black and slate and with 16GB, 32GB or 64GB of internal storage space. The carriers include AT&T, Sprint and Verizon Wireless and the pricing will be as follows; $199 (16GB), $299 (32GB) and $399 (64GB). Finally, the iPhone 5 will be available for pre-order beginning on September 14th with regular availability coming a week later on September 21st.
